Halloween was a lot of fun this year, nothing too extravagant. Carli cracked us all up all night long, whenever someone would ask her what she was she would turn side ways, wink and with a very devilish grin say," I'm the Devil on your shoulder." Zack was a very convincing Indiana Jones, and yes, I KNOW! the whip was a bad idea. It has since been confiscated.
Aaron was too old to go Trick Or Treating this year, so he got to stay home and hand out candy. After we headed out and left without him, I totally regretted that decision and wished that I had let him come along. It's so hard to know where the line is between what's right and wrong for them at this age. If they are confused as pre-teens, it probably stems from the confusion their parents are feeling.
We carved pumpkins with our friends Carlos and Jonie, well, Carli made fun of Carlos and the rest of us worked. :-)

Mom even got to have a night out for a change. It's been a long time since I've had time to hang out with my friends, and sadly, it was last Halloween that we did! I went to a fun Karaoke party with my good friend Jessie (seen here as Sarah Palin) and her husband and a group of other friends. The funniest thing I've heard all year was said by Zack when we were headed to the babysitters. The conversation went something like this:Aaron: Hey Devil Mama, you forgot your wings.
Me: Thanks, but I'm not a Devil Mama. I'm Satan's sister.
Zack from the back seat: WHOAHH!!!! WAIT A MINUTE!! I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SATAN IS A BOY!!!!!

Cute costumes! As far as the age limit...I had a bunch of Preist and Laurels knocking on my door for candy! I think people around here don't really care about an age limit! I hope things are going well for you!!! I am glad we can keep in touch!
Her sister???? I know that I am a little mean and spoiled but to call me the devil!! Ha ha! The kids look great and I am glad tha tyou had a night out! I think every mom needs one from time to time! Kobe will be jealouse he wanted to Indanna..? for Halloween!
